This policy contains the rules governing the collection and processing of personal data by Nova Franquiger from its site www.ldc.pt. These rules do not replace any clauses that are the subject of special agreement with any customer, partner and / or vendor. a) Identification of the entity responsible for processing

b) Purpose of personal data collection

Nova Franquiger S.A. provides condominium management services and franchising networks exploitation. To this end, Nova Franquiger S.A., needs to collect personal information for the following purposes:

• Applications to LDC franchisees
• Receive CVs of users who wish to integrate Nova Franquiger staff and / or its franchisees.
• Send to Customer marketing information, including sending newsletters to customers who have requested it, provided that Customer has given its consent and has not refused the use of its coordinates for this purpose.

c) Identification of categories of data to be collected

Name, email address, telephone number, address and occupation, birth date, marital status, VAT registration number, identification card, number of dependents, educational qualifications, bank references, professional information, financial information and spouse personal data in case it has taken its unequivocal and informed consent. Nova Franquiger S.A., collects the information of the data subject by completing the form provided in the various areas of the site, or through email. The information on the forms marked with a * are mandatory. Failure to provide information marked as mandatory will result in the impossibility of analyzing the information required for applying for franchisee and / or inability of providing the requested services, as applicable. In the cases of online CV collection, it may result in not analysis of the receiving CV . Collecting data over an open network: The user is alerted drawn to the fact that the information collected / sent over open networks can travel on the network with out security and the risk of being seen and used by unauthorized third parties exists. Thus, we recommend to adopt additional measures when using the internet for transmission of your personal data, such as encryption, firewalls and updated antivirus use, among others. Nova Franquiger S.A., keep the data for a period of 12 months. Nevertheless, Nova Franquiger may need to retain certain data for greater period, in the purpose of compliance with legal obligations.

d) Recipients or categories of recipients of the data

The data are collected and maintained by Nova Franquiger for the purposes described in b) above, with absence of data communication to third parties, except in cases of CV data reporting, requests for proposal to franchisees as well as requests in the area – My Condominium and reporting to the authorities such as the IRS and Social Security, for purposes of compliance with laws and regulations. Data is stored by an external entity, and the contractual relationship is governed per contract in which security measures and treatment organization are defined and which specifies that it only acts by the instructions of Nova Franquiger.

In this case, the User and Nova Franquiger agree that the District Court of the Great Northwest Lisbon – Sintra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise concerning the interpretation and / or implementation of this privacy policy.

k) Changes

The present policy of personal data protection shall take effect on November 28, 2013. Nova Franquiger S.A., may periodically change this policy in order to reflect changes in legislation or changes to the site itself and the related contents.
